  • 8 hours of pre-course online reading and assessment
  • 9 hours of face-to-face practical training (including a 45-minute break)

  • Hands-on practice with manikins of all age groups
  • Training on the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Response to choking emergencies
  • Practical scenarios to test your skills
  • Official certification upon successful completion
